  • Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Handle facility management (office maintenance, vendors, housekeeping)
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and assets
  • Maintain records, documents, and files
  • Support HR and Finance teams with admin-related tasks
  • Monitor attendance, office discipline, and compliance
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (AC, electricity, etc.)
