Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle facility management (office maintenance, vendors, housekeeping)
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and assets
- Maintain records, documents, and files
- Support HR and Finance teams with admin-related tasks
- Monitor attendance, office discipline, and compliance
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (AC, electricity, etc.)
- Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
