Operation Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities and professionally handling customers who visit the office. The role involves coordination with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth customer and operational experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who visit the office in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Support day-to-day operational activities
• Maintain customer visit records and follow-up details
• Prepare and update operational reports and MIS
• Handle documentation and data entry
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
• Support branch-level operations and audits as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word )
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Kanada and Telugu Language is Mandatory
