Job Description
Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Assistant supports the pharmacy operations by assisting in dispensing medicines, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction under the supervision of the Pharmacy Incharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in dispensing prescribed medications accurately.
- Help maintain stock levels and organize shelves.
- Support billing and documentation processes.
- Guide customers on basic medicine usage and product information.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area.
- Comply with pharmacy safety and hygiene standards.
