Academic Leadership: Set the vision for teaching and research, implement curricula, monitor student performance, and ensure compliance with university standards.

Administrative & Financial Management: Manage the college budget, oversee infrastructure, and ensure compliance with regulatory, state, and accreditation bodies.

Faculty & Staff Development: Recruit, evaluate, and mentor staff; foster a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Student Services: Promote student welfare, oversee admissions, career counseling, extracurricular activities, and maintain discipline.

Stakeholder Relations: Represent the institution to external partners, alumni, and industry, fostering partnerships for research and placements
