Job Description:1DIE – Tool & Die Maker / Tool Room TechnicianOperate machines like CNC, milling, grinding.Check die dimensions and maintain tool accuracy.Support production when tools need adjustment

.2BW-FWD – Machine Operator / Production OperatorOperate production machines on the manufacturing line.Load raw materials and monitor machine operation.Maintain production targets and safety standards.Report machine issues to supervisors.

3FW – Production Line OperatorWork on the forward production line assembling or processing products.Handle materials and components during manufacturing.Ensure correct process flow and production speed.Follow work instructions and quality guidelines.

4RWD – Rework / Repair TechnicianInspect defective products from production.Repair or rework damaged or incorrect parts.Ensure repaired items meet quality standards.Record rework details and report recurring problems.

5Maintenance – Maintenance TechnicianMaintain factory machines and equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.Troubleshoot machine breakdowns quickly.Replace damaged parts and keep machines running smoothly.

6NPD – New Product Development TechnicianAssist engineers in developing new products.Support prototype manufacturing and testing.Collect data and help improve product design.Work with production and quality teams during new product launch.

7QC – Quality Control Inspector / TechnicianInspect products during and after production.Measure dimensions using tools like vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges.Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards.Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
