Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Handle inbound calls/emails, process bookings, and maintain room inventory accuracy across all channels (OTAs, website, direct).
• Customer Service: Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities, room types, rates, and policies to potential guests.
