Sales Associate


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Business Growth & Strategy·     

·      Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.

·      Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

·      Prepare business plans, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.

·      Support management in strategic planning and business expansion activities.

2. Client Acquisition & RelationshipManagement·       

·       Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and digital platforms.

·       Meet prospective clients and present company services/products.

·       Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

·       Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Market Research & Analysis·       

·      Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

·       Analyze market data and recommend improvements or new service offerings.

·       Monitor competitor pricing and strategies.

4. Revenue & Sales Management·       

·      Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·       Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

·       Track and analyze sales KPIs.

5. Tender & Bid Management Support·       Assist the Sales Support team in tender identification and bid preparation.

·       Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

·       Coordinate documentation required for tender submissions.

·       Follow up on tender clarifications and submission deadlines.

6. HR Support Activities·      

·      Assist HR in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding formalities.

·       Support employee documentation and compliance requirements.

·       Coordinate training and performance review processes as required.

7. Accounts Department Support·       

·      Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

·       Coordinate with clients regarding billing and outstanding payments.

·       Support documentation related to GST, statutory compliance, and financial records as required.

8. Coordination & Documentation·       

·      Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.

·       Maintain accurate records of client communications and business transactions.

·       Prepare periodic MIS and management reports.
