Sales Executive

Roles & responsibility

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and exceed monthly targets.

• Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and financing options.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

• Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity in developing new ideas for sales and marketing.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
