Job Description
The Cluster Manager – Bancassurance is responsible for driving life insurance business through the Axis Bank partnership by managing and leading a team of Relationship Officers (ROs) / Front Line Sales.
Drive life insurance sales through assigned Axis Bank branches within the cluster.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets (premium, policies, and productivity).
Identify growth opportunities within the cluster and implement local business strategies.
Monitor daily/weekly business performance and take corrective actions as required.
