Sales & Marketing Manager

The Dealer Marketing Manager is responsible for building, managing, and operating a marketing team focused on generating new leads, securing bulk orders, and increasing overall vehicle sales. The role involves planning and executing various online and offline marketing activities, organizing on-ground campaigns, and creating strong local market visibility for the dealership.

The Marketing Manager will drive initiatives such as lead generation campaigns, corporate and institutional tie-ups, bulk order opportunities, events, roadshows, test ride camps, and promotional activities to expand the dealership’s reach. They are also responsible for tracking marketing performance, improving conversion of leads into sales, and ensuring consistent growth in customer inquiries and showroom footfall.

This role requires strong leadership, coordination with the sales team, and the ability to design and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to increasing dealership sales.
