Sales & Promotions Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Promotions Manager to build our B2C presence across Mysuru through offline campaigns, subscription drives, and community-based promotions. The role demands strong leadership, ground execution skills, and a startup mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline sales campaigns (stalls, apartment drives, institutional promotions, sampling events).
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time promoters and brand representatives.
• Achieve monthly subscription and sales targets through strategic campaigns.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze data from every campaign (leads, conversions, expenses, ROI).
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
• Generate and implement sales strategies based on customer insights and campaign learnings.
• Represent The Farming Buddha at exhibitions, events, and community gatherings.
