- As Center Head/Team Leader handle all Operational activities at the Wellness Center

- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

- Responsible for budgeting, staff recruitment, training, and maintaining service quality standards

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

- Build and maintain partnerships with yoga centers, naturopathy institutes, and corporate wellness organizations

- Develop and implement marketing and promotional programs

- Prepare and manage budgeting and occupancy reports

- Ability to deliver professional services while maintaining a calm, wellness-oriented approach
