Job Description

Role Objective


To expand Spectra’s market presence by appointing the right channel partners, driving influencer engagement (plumbers, contractors) increasing brand usage & loyalty at the ground level, and actively developing demand through site conversions and brand-building activities.



Role Focus


Create demand, build influencer loyalty, and strengthen dealer counters — not just collect orders.


A. Channel Development

• Identify uncovered markets and potential new dealers

• Propose and onboard suitable dealer partners


B. Plumber Engagement

• Conduct plumber meets weekly at counters

• Register plumbers in Spectra Edge and track claims

• Build connect with top 10 plumbers per counter and convert brand preference


C. Site Development

• Identify ongoing construction sites via dealers/plumbers

• Visit sites, demonstrate products, and convert usage


D. Market Visibility

• Ensure POP/POS, planogram hygiene, and updated displays


E. Feedback & Reporting

• Capture competitor pricing/activities and product feedback

• Submit daily call reports and weekly summaries
