Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts, HR) for seamless operations.
• Handle customer queries and follow up via email/phone for backend support.
• Support HR and Admin functions such as attendance tracking, ESI/EPF-related documentation, and onboarding formalities.
• Monitor and track service requests, complaints, and job completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years of experience in backend/operations/admin role (elevator or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of compliance (ESI, EPF, labour laws) will be an added advantage.
