Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progresses as per schedule and specifications.

• Monitor labour contractors’ work performance, quality of materials, and adherence to approved methods.

• Verify measurements, daily progress, and resource utilization to prevent material wastage and cost overruns.

• Maintain accurate records of manpower, machinery usage, and material receipts/consumption.

• Report any variations, delays, or site issues to the Project Manager promptly.

* Protect company interests in discussions with contractors or client representatives by maintaining documented evidence of work progress.
