Job Description
Hotel Hari Govindas is a reputed hotel in Mysuru, known for authentic South Indian vegetarian cuisine and quality service. Since the past 2 years, we have built a strong reputation for taste, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, Palya, Rice items, and Chutneys
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Manage kitchen preparation and timely service during peak hours
- Coordinate with helpers and kitchen staff
- Monitor food stock and minimize wastage
- Follow hotel recipes and standards strictly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a South Indian Cook
- Good knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking methods
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Clean and disciplined work habits
- Preference will be given to candidates with hotel or restaurant experience
