Job Description

Hotel Hari Govindas is a reputed hotel in Mysuru, known for authentic South Indian vegetarian cuisine and quality service. Since the past 2 years, we have built a strong reputation for taste, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, Palya, Rice items, and Chutneys
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Manage kitchen preparation and timely service during peak hours
  • Coordinate with helpers and kitchen staff
  • Monitor food stock and minimize wastage
  • Follow hotel recipes and standards strictly




Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a South Indian Cook
  • Good knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Clean and disciplined work habits
  • Preference will be given to candidates with hotel or restaurant experience
