Team Lead

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve 

business targets in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role involves team handling, 

performance monitoring, process adherence, and acting as a bridge between management and 

the team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Handle a team of executives and ensure daily productivity and discipline.

• Allocate tasks, set daily/weekly targets, and monitor progress.

• Provide regular guidance, coaching, and support to team members.

• Conduct team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and performance reviews.

Performance & Target Management

• Ensure team achieves assigned targets and KPIs.

• Track individual and team performance through reports and dashboards.

• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Drive consistency, quality, and compliance in output.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, fintech regulations, and internal SOPs.

• Maintain data confidentiality and ethical practices.

• Coordinate with HR and management on attendance, productivity, and team concerns.

Training & Development

• Assist in on boarding and training of new team members.

• Share product knowledge, sales techniques, and process updates.

• Motivate team members to improve skills and performance.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact between the team and management.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Compliance).

• Escalate critical issues in a timely manner

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of fintech products/processes (loans, banking, financial services 

preferred).

• Ability to analyze reports and manage performance metrics.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum [X] years of experience in team handling (Fintech/BFSI preferred).

• Prior experience as Team Lead / Senior Executive is an advantage.
