Team Leader

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.

Drive sourcing of Business Loans / Working Capital Loans (up to specified ticket size).

Allocate targets and ensure monthly/quarterly goal achievement.

Conduct joint field visits and support the team in closures.

Monitor daily productivity, pipeline, and collections.

Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with credit & operations teams.

Train and onboard new team members.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and local market influencers.

Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
