Job Description
We are seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and answer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain call records and update the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
