📌 Responsibilities:

Call customers whose four-wheeler insurance is due for renewal.

Explain insurance plans, premium details, NCB benefits, and renewal options.

Generate leads and convert them into successful insurance renewals.

Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.

Follow-up with interested customers until closure.

Provide excellent customer service and handle basic queries.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

📌 Requirements:

Good communication skills in Kannada / English / Local language.

Basic understanding of motor insurance (training will be provided).

Prior telecalling / sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to convince customers and handle objections.

Should be comfortable making outbound calls.

Minimum qualification:12th pass or Graduate.

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday fixed off
