Telecalling Executive

We are looking for motivated and articulate female professionals to join our Car Insurance sales team. The primary goal is to connect with potential customers, explain the benefits of our insurance policies, and assist them in choosing the right coverage for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

* Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients using provided databases to introduce car insurance products.

* Policy Guidance: Explain different types of coverage (Third-party, Comprehensive, Zero Depreciation) in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

* Lead Management: Follow up with interested leads, handle objections professionally, and convert inquiries into sales.

* Data Accuracy: Maintain a clean record of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.  

* Renewal Support: Contact existing customers to remind them of upcoming policy expirations and facilitate the renewal process.

* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly calling and sales targets while maintaining high quality-of-service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Regional Language].

* Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure or when dealing with difficult customers.  

* Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
