Travel Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle travel bookings, tour packages, and client coordination. The role involves both sales and operations, so candidates must be proactive and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in and phone enquiries for travel services

• Sell domestic & international tour packages

• Flight ticketing, hotel bookings & basic visa assistance

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for smooth travel execution

• Maintain basic records of bookings and payments

• Provide professional customer support before and after bookings

Working Hours

• Regular Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Alternate Shifts (if required): 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday only

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday

(No half-days. This is a full-time role, not a side hustle.)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a travel agency is an advantage
