Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP
• Handle purchase, sales, and expense entries
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Maintain cash book and ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist in GST compliance:
• 
  
• GST billing
• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Reconciliation of GST data
• 
  
• Assist in TDS entries and returns
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Support management with costing and MIS reports

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST
• Basic understanding of income tax and compliance
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines

Experience:

• 1–3 years (Freshers with good knowledge can apply)
