• Primary skills:Technology->Microsoft Technologies->.NET Frameworks • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-level architecture using .NET technologies. • Oversee and contribute to data access layers using ADO.NET, optimizing queries and connection management. • Review code for quality, adherence to standards, and alignment with architectural guidelines; provide constructive feedback to the team. • Drive end-to-end SDLC activities including estimation, planning, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release stabilization. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features. • Identify technical risks and performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions and improvements. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation across the team. • Participate in design and architecture discussions, recommending tools, frameworks, and patterns suitable for .NET ecosystems.
