Regional Manager – Quality Control

 

KRA 
Drafting of New Process Notes & Amendments to Existing Process Notes as per regulatory / internal requirement
Sub processes with RCSA/FMEA Risk Rating as High to be reduced to Medium / Low within 6 months of rolling out
Study in Areas having Financial Impact for Bank & Customer - As per Approved KRA
Study in Identified Critical Areas Regulation / Policy / Process and implement CAPA - As per Approved KRA
Lean Improvements - Eliminate Manual Control / Fix of Gaps - 5 per Quarter
PQA Helpdesk - Timely resolution of queries from stakeholders resolutions & FAQs preparation
Branch Visits aimed at Training & Feedback - As per Plan
Monthly Training to Stakeholders & Addressing Queries
