Sales Executive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations
As a Sales Executive in the TFE-Marketing Branches Operations department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our agricultural finance business. Your primary objective will be to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a steady flow of tractor loan applications and retail transactions. You will be a key contributor to our team's success, working closely with our marketing and operations branches to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactively identify and target potential clients in the agricultural sector, focusing on tractor owners and farmers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase tractor loan applications and retail transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and agricultural finance products to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing branches to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns for tractor loans and retail services.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and agricultural fairs to network and promote our agricultural finance products.
- Work closely with operations branches to ensure a smooth and efficient loan processing experience for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural finance products, especially tractor loans and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work, with a passion for sales and customer success.
