Job PurposeAs an Isuzu-focused Service Advisor, you will be the primary liaison for Isuzu vehicle owners, ensuring their trucks and SUVs receive expert care in line with brand standards. You’ll coordinate seamlessly between customers, technicians, and the body shop team to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs—from routine maintenance to collision restoration.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIsuzu-Specific Expertise

• Serve as the go-to advisor for Isuzu vehicle owners, addressing concerns related to performance, maintenance schedules, and warranty services.
• Utilize Isuzu diagnostic tools and myTVS-approved workflows to recommend repairs aligned with OEM guidelines.
• Explain Isuzu-specific service packages (e.g., D-MAX/V-Cross maintenance, engine diagnostics, off-road inspections).

1. Body Shop Coordination

• Collaborate with the body shop team to assess collision damage, estimate repair timelines, and source genuine Isuzu parts.
• Guide customers through post-accident processes, including insurance claims and paint/bodywork approvals.

1. Customer Service Excellence

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide transparent cost/time estimates using myTVS systems.
• Update customers on repair progress via calls/SMS/email, ensuring adherence to Isuzu’s quality standards.
• Resolve complaints promptly and escalate complex technical issues to Isuzu-certified technicians.

1. Administrative & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records in myTVS and Isuzu digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Isuzu’s warranty protocols, safety guidelines, and myTVS operational standards.

1. Upselling & Retention

• Promote Isuzu-approved maintenance plans, accessories, and body shop services (e.g., dent removal, ceramic coating).
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• QualificationsEducation: High school diploma (required); diploma in automotive engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• 2+ years as a Service Advisor, preferably with Isuzu or commercial vehicle experience.
• Familiarity with body shop operations or collision repair processes (a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Isuzu vehicles, diagnostics, and OEM requirements.
• Proficiency in myTVS software, dealership management systems, and estimation tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Certifications:
• Isuzu Certified Training or myTVS certification (preferred).
• ASE/IAEI certification (advantageous).
