Responsibilities of candidates includes • Responsible for End to End activities from Business onboard to Documentation and Handover of Units to clients. • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. • Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and complaints and maintaining a proper mechanism to control the same. • Coordinate with internal departments for quick and timely resolutions of all kinds of customer requests. • Handling and attaching Channel partners. • Monitoring Sales team. • Increase in overall productivity and brand image of company. • Generating enquiries from builders, architects, consultants etc. Pro- actively looks out for new customers, and seeks enquiries for new customer development. • Ensure Collections as per discussed targets every month. • Communication with customers over the mail and phone.
