2.	Collate, plan & prioritize post-sales activities for Equipment Division which will include :
•	SALES
a.	Process Purchase Orders received in accordance with agreed procedures.
b.	Prepare Documentation for approvals to execute deliveries
c.	Communication of dispatch details
d.	Review customer payments and credit history
e.	Review preventive maintenance
f.	Availability, allocation & retrieval of demo equipments
•	PURCHASE
a.	Inventory monitoring and supplier order consolidation – items & quantities
b.	Order preparation and coordination with suppliers
c.	Follow-up on deliveries
•	LOGISTICS
a.	Monitor and ensure prompt delivery of shipments
b.	Coordinate with forwarders / couriers
c.	Coordinate with CHA
d.	Troubleshoot deliveries to and from Keystone
e.	Scheduling & booking of flights/hotels for executives.
•	INVENTORY
a.	Periodic physical verification of inventory
b.	Monitor non-moving stocks
c.	Ensure minimum stock availability of critical spares
•	REPORTS
a.	Receivables – Weekly
b.	Sales Quotes / Orders – Fortnightly
c.	Sales Activity - Fortnightly
