A Jio Point Manager (JPM) at Reliance Jio plays a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring seamless operations at retail outlets. The key responsibilities and requirements for this position are as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development: Expand the Jio point market by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
• Sales Targets: Achieve specified acquisition and revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
• Retailer Support: Service retailers according to the established beat plan, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
• Stock Management: Ensure the availability and visibility of stock in retail outlets, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Cash Management: Oversee daily cash deposits and manage cash handling processes efficiently.
• Team and Partner Development: Monitor, evaluate, and provide training to the team and channel partners to enhance performance.

Skills and Competencies:

• Territory Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer base.
• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of product sales and the ability to drive sales initiatives effectively.
• Entrepreneurial Skills: Ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth independently.
• Distribution Handling: Proficiency in managing distribution channels and ensuring timely product delivery.
• Cash Handling: Competence in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Requirement: Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Experience Requirement: 2 to 4 years in Sales & Distribution, with a proven track record in sales roles.

Salary Upto-3.2 LPA Fixed
