Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at Glowfase LED Lighting. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the LED lighting industry, with a strong focus on managing and expanding dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers and distributors. • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s dealer network. • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives within the assigned territory. • Provide product demonstrations and technical information to dealers. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities. • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of sales experience in the LED lighting industry. • Proven track record of managing and expanding dealer networks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve targets. • Willingness to travel as required.
