Job Description

  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries that utilize non-woven fabrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our non-woven fabric products to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide technical and product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and expand the customer base.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Telecaller Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our non-woven fabric products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, providing product information and addressing inquiries.
  • Update and manage customer databases with detailed and accurate information from each call.
  • Assist in developing telecalling scripts and strategies to improve call outcomes.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights for product and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and telecalling, preferably in the non-woven fabric industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of non-woven fabric applications and markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and call targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
