Branch Manager

1. Branch Setup & Development Establish and develop the branch from the Scratch.

• Ensure regulatory compliance, and implement operational processes.
• Drive branch expansion strategy across the South Gujarat region.

 2. Business Development (B2B & B2C) Acquire and manage both B2B partners (IFAs, sub-brokers, franchise partners) and B2C clients (retail & HNI clients).

• Create and execute business growth plans aligned with company strategy.
• Develop local market penetration strategies and generate quality leads.

 3. Team Leadershipv Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing branch team.

• Drive sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and branch goals.

  4. Operations & Compliancev Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.

• Maintain compliance with SEBI, Exchanges, and internal policies.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

5. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and business updates.
