Job Description
• Online Champion will receive 300+ leads of postpaid and WiFi
• Online champion is required to call the leads assigned & take appointment from customers within 10 mins .
• Online champion has to visit the customer location & pitch proposition basis customer requirement.
• Online champ also has to upsell and cross-sell products to the customer to maximize L2A
• Online champion is expected to achieve >20% L2A in a month
• Will have to do catchment awareness for lead generation
• Will have to be part of store morning huddles, regular trainings and cascades for improving performance
