Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Post job vacancies on job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
  • Collect employee documents (ID proof, bank details, certificates).
  • Maintain employee files and HR records.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain daily attendance records and staff timing.
  • Track late coming, absences, and leave applications.
  • Approve or escalate leave requests as per company policy.
  • Maintain monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

4. Employee Problem Resolution

  • Listen to employee concerns related to work environment, salary, workload, or behavior issues.
  • Coordinate with management to resolve staff complaints and conflicts.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and staff discipline.

5. Salary & Payroll Support

  • Maintain salary records and coordinate with accounts for payroll preparation.
  • Track salary deductions, advances, and security deposits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee salary details.

6. Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor employee performance, behavior, and work discipline.
  • Report staff performance issues to management.
  • Assist in performance reviews and staff development.

7. HR Reporting

  • Prepare daily HR reports including attendance, interviews conducted, staff issues, and new joinings.
  • Maintain records of employee performance and operational updates.

8. Staff Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Communicate company policies, rules, and updates to staff.

9. Policy & Discipline Management

  • Ensure employees follow company policies, dress code, and work discipline.
  • Handle warning letters, notices, and disciplinary actions when required.

10. Exit & Resignation Management

  • Handle employee resignations and notice period process.
  • Ensure proper handover and documentation before employee exit.
