- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job openings on portals & social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews & coordinate with management
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Manage joining and onboarding process
- Maintain candidate database and reports
- 🔹 RequirementsGood communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to handle multiple positions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, emails, WhatsApp)
