A Day in the Life

Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

This position will support HR/Human Capital systems including Workday, Payroll, Learning Management and related systems.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.

• Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

• May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.

• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience required.

• Should have experience in functional support across all HR operations applications.

• Should have experience in performing Workday configuration and updates

• Should have experience in executing daily operational tasks and system checks

• Should have experience in participating in the testing phases of new implementations and updates
