About the Role:
As a Lead Network Engineer, you'll independently handle specialized networking tasks, ensuring the quality and reliability of our network systems. This role is geared towards seasoned professionals who can execute complex tasks and support team projects without supervision, contributing to the strategic goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Independently manage complex network installations and configurations.
• Proactively ensure optimal network performance and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical network issues.
• Lead detailed network performance and traffic analysis projects.
• Design and implement robust security measures and policies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Provide expert advice on network enhancements and strategic improvements.
• Oversee the integration of new network technologies and solutions.
• Lead and execute network design and architecture projects.
• Offer advanced training and support to junior team members.
