Lead Software Test Automation Engineer
About the Role:
As a Lead Software Test Automation Engineer, you will execute specialized and independent testing tasks to ensure the highest quality standards of our software products. Your deep expertise in automation testing will contribute to the reliability and robustness of our software solutions. You will take a leadership role in test process improvement initiatives and work independently to achieve quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Independently design, execute, and maintain advanced automated test suites.
• Drive the development of test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Lead test automation initiatives, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of test processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of test results to identify performance bottlenecks and defects.
• Advocate for quality within the development process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and enhance automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Evaluate and recommend new test tools and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership in test architecture design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation.
• Produce comprehensive test documentation and reports for stakeholders.

• Advanced Test Automation: Expert in designing and executing comprehensive automated test cases.
• Strategic Planning: Skills in developing and implementing test automation strategies.

• Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in analyzing and interpreting complex test results.
• Quality Advocacy: Ability to advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed test documentation and reports.
