Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across the full SDLC—from planning and design to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with Quant researchers, traders, and software engineers to translate strategy requirements into scalable systems
• Oversee the development of low-latency, high-performance trading infrastructure
• Manage timelines, prioritise tasks, and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate integration of new trading strategies with execution engines and risk management systems
• Monitor performance, reliability, and operational metrics of deployed systems
• Promote and enforce best practices in coding, testing, version control, and CI/CD workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development and project management
• Strong programming background C, C#(C preferred)
• Solid understanding of algorithmic trading systems, market data, and execution workflows
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of networking, systems architecture, and performance optimization
• Experience working in quantitative trading, hedge funds, or fintech
