Restaurant Staff are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders
• Serve meals and drinks accurately and promptly
• Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions
• Handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties when required
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
• Handle customer concerns politely and report issues to management
