Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, dispatch, inward/outward material handling, and ensuring smooth warehouse functioning.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage overall warehouse operations (Inward & Outward of materials).
• Maintain proper inventory control of automobile spare parts.
• Ensure accurate stock maintenance in ERP / SAP system.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of automotive parts.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• Reduce stock discrepancies and control damages.
