Job Title: Assistant Counselor

Job Summary:

We seek a passionate and empathetic Assistant Counselor to join our team at our organisation. The Assistant Counselor will be crucial in guiding and supporting students and their parents through the admission process, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive and informative experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a genuine interest in student success, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

 * Student and Parent Interaction:

  * Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person.

  * Provide detailed information about our coaching programs, curriculum, fee structure, and admission process.

  * Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable courses.

  * Address student and parent concerns and resolve issues effectively.

  * Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments.

 * Admissions Support:

  * Assist with the admission process, including application processing, documentation, and fee collection.

  * Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions data.

  * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

 * Marketing and Outreach:

  * Participate in marketing events and outreach activities to promote our coaching programs.

Qualifications:

 * Education: 12thpass, diploma and any bachlor degree

 * Skills:

  * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  * Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

  * Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

  * Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
