We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in AutoCAD and capable of handling both technical and customer-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify designs using AutoCAD (2D & basic 3D preferred)
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable design solutions
• Handle client inquiries and maintain professional communication
• Take follow-ups from customers regarding design approval, order status, etc.
• Assist in managing online sales and responding to leads via platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and website
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
