We are looking for a graduate, experienced, and mature professional for the position of Back Office Operations Manager. The candidate should be commanding, attentive, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.This role requires high dedication, strong focus, and full engagement. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 20 technicians/pest control operators, preparing and monitoring their daily schedules, and ensuring discipline, coordination, and smooth workflow across the team.The role also includes managing chemicals, materials, and equipment, maintaining proper stock records, and ensuring regular maintenance and availability of all operational resources.Only candidates who are serious, responsible, and committed to long-term performance should apply.
