Job Description
Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend processes.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain company data, records, and reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams
- Assist in invoice processing, order management, and follow-ups
- Respond to emails and internal queries
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
- Required Skills:Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Qualifications:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience:0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
