Position Overview:


As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 

the operations and performance of one of our prestigious spa branches. You will play a pivotal role in 

driving revenue growth, enhancing customer appreciation, and increasing customer conversion rates. 

Your leadership and management skills will contribute to the success of the branch while fostering a 

positive work environment for the team is committed to providing a platform for

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 


1. Revenue Increase: Drive the annual revenue growth from --------------- by implementing 

effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and 

optimizing revenue streams. 

2. Customer Appreciation: Increase customer appreciation by 10% month on month through 

exceptional service delivery, proactive customer engagement, and consistently exceeding 

customer expectations.  

3. Customer Conversion: Achieve a 30% month-on-month increase in customer conversion 

rates by enhancing sales techniques, improving customer experience, and implementing 

conversion-focused initiatives. 

Functional Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the branch team, including hiring, training, 

and managing performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, 

motivation, and professional development. 

2. Operations Management: Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficient workflow, 

adherence to standard operating procedures, and compliance with quality and safety 

guidelines, inventory management, hygiene practises  

3. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive customer 

acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to 

identify opportunities for growth and differentiate in the market. 

4. Financial Management: Manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost

control measures. Ensure accurate financial reporting, revenue tracking, and achieve 

profitability targets. 

5. Customer Service Excellence: Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional 

service delivery at all touchpoints. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, 

resolve escalated customer issues, and build strong customer relationships. 

6. Performance Analysis: Monitor branch performance through key metrics, analyse data, and 

identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans and implement strategies to address 

performance gaps and maximize productivity. 

7. Staff Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to the branch team to 

enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct performance evaluations, set performance 

goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team growth. 

8. Inventory and Supplies Management: Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage 

stock rotation. Ensure adequate inventory availability while minimizing wastage and 

controlling costs. 

9. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, 

maintain cleanliness standards, and implement preventive measures to provide a safe and 

hygienic environment for customers and staff. 

10. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, customer 

feedback, and other relevant metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior 

management.
