Job Summary

Swatik Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Biology Faculty to teach students from Foundation (8th–10th) to 11th–12th Board, including NEET and MHT-CET aspirants. The ideal candidate should have strong subject command, exam-oriented teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex biological concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Biology for:

Foundation Courses (8th, 9th, 10th)

11th & 12th Board (State / CBSE where applicable)

Competitive Exams: NEET & MHT-CET

Deliver concept-based, exam-oriented lectures

Prepare and update notes, MCQs, test papers, and revision modules

Train students for NEET-level Biology (Botany & Zoology)

Conduct doubt-solving sessions and performance reviews

Track student progress and provide academic mentoring

Support curriculum planning and academic strategy

Eligibility & Qualifications

M.Sc. / M.Pharm / BDS / MBBS / Ph.D. in Biology or Life Sciences

Strong command over Botany & Zoology

Prior teaching experience for NEET / MHT-CET preferred

Ability to teach school + competitive syllabus together

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Passion for teaching and student success

Preferred Skills

Proven track record of results in NEET / CET

Experience with Foundation-level concept building

Familiarity with latest exam patterns & syllabus

Ability to motivate and guide average students to top performance
