Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proactive mindset and a passion for sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions

Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Stay updated with industry trends and IT technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA/BBA/BCCA preferred)

Basic understanding of IT technologies and services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of CRM tools

Sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team
