We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to handle school tie-ups, seminars, parent counseling, and revenue growth. This role requires strong field presence, daily lead generation, calling, and conversion skills to ensure consistent admissions for NEET/JEE programs.

Key Responsibilities


☎️ Daily Lead Generation & Calling


Generate fresh leads daily through field activities and references.


Make outbound calls to parents/students to promote scholarship tests, seminars, and counseling sessions.



🏫 School Visits & Principal Meetings


Visit schools, meet principals, and secure appointments for seminars and tie-ups.


Line up school-wise marketing activities for continuous data generation.



πŸ“ Seminar & Event Management


Organize weekly seminars and scholarship tests with 60–100 participants.


Handle venue selection, logistics, and parent-student participation.



🏠 Home Visits & Parent Counseling


Conduct 5+ daily home visits for parents & student counseling sessions.


Convert counseling sessions into confirmed admissions.



🌍 Area Planning & BTL Activities


Execute BTL activities (pamphlet distribution, parent meetings, workshops).


Plan area-wise school visits and outreach drives.



πŸ“Š Data Management & Reporting


Maintain and update school-wise student databases.


Submit daily/weekly reports on calling, visits, seminars, home counseling, and admissions.



πŸ“ˆ Revenue Target Achievement


Prepare and execute monthly business development plans.


Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets through leads, seminars, and conversions.

Daily: Lead generation + 50–80 calls + 5 home visits.


Weekly: 1–2 seminars with 60–100 participants.


Monthly: Achieve revenue & admissions target.

Required Skills & Qualifications


βœ… Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi (must).


βœ… Strong communication, presentation & persuasion skills.


βœ… Experience in education sales / school tie-ups / field marketing preferred.


βœ… Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred, not mandatory).


βœ… Proficient in lead management, calling & reporting.


βœ… Own bike + valid driving license required.


βœ… Target-driven, field-ready, willing to travel daily.
